I had my first session with Jo today! I NEVER in a million years thought I would do this!! For several reasons honestly..
1. I thought it was “wrong” or a “sin” I know I know hear me out. It just took me a while to realize this was for my husband and I . And to make me feel better.
2. I wasn’t the “right” type of girl for this. 
3. I didn’t feel “beautiful” enough
Let me tell you! My point of view has TOTALLY changed!! I know most people here love this and are confident etc etc. but I also know there are others out there nervous to do this. Let me tell you. Do it! Worried about money still do it! Make a plan! Jo is so easy to work with and so fun. You have a great time! I will definitely do it again!

The whole experience was amazing! I was nervous and often questioned if I could do it, but Jo and her hair/makeup assistant made me feel less nervous and more confident before we even got started on the photoshoot! When I seen the unedited photos I fell back in love with them and myself! They honestly looked so amazing unedited. It was an amazing, unforgettable experience! I highly recommend it for every woman!

I had my first boudoir shoot with Jo today. It was so fun! I was so nervous last night that I almost talked myself out of it. I tend to think I am very confident however in the process I realize I’m not as comfortable with my mom body. But Jo made me feel confident and comfortable during the entire shoot. I came in feeling anxious and nervous, But ladies leaving I felt a love for myself that I’ve been longing for! Ladies, all I can say is do it book your appointment and love yourself right where you are! Thank you Jo so much!!!🥰
Shooting with Jo has been a meaningful experience for me. I found this group first when my life was falling to pieces. I was mainly looking for friendship as I had almost none left after my toxic marriage. I was learning to love myself again and find who I really am. I have shot with Jo a total of two boudie parties, a full session, a model call, and now being a Brand Ambassador. I first shot with Jo in April of 22. Just five months after my divorce was finalized. I had never felt more sure of the decision then when I was there and shooting with her. It felt nice to open up to someone who saw me for the beautiful person I am. When it came time to go through the photos I was like wow, is that me! I had a hard time picking the 20 out. I heard this was addicting like tattoos and I believe it. I love the confidence boost and self esteem pick me up I get each time I am in the studio. I love being a BA, and helping all of you out there see how beautiful you are in your journey. This is the best gift you can give yourself, or someone close to you!

OMG! Today will forever go down as one of the most awesome days in my life! For years, I have wanted to do a boudoir shoot, but have always been so insecure about my body. Since I was a teenager, everyone has always told me how bony I am and that I need to eat a cheeseburger. Doesn’t really make a woman feel good to constantly hear she’s too skinny.
When I first arrived at the studio, I was a ball of nerves. I was shaking so badly and had crazy butterflies! Within the first few moments around Jo, I felt so comfortable. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she makes you feel like you have known her for years.
I totally encourage all of you that have wanted to do a boudoir shoot to book a session with Jo! I promise you will leave feeling like the most beautiful woman in the world and have absolutely no regrets!

Not once. But TWICE now I have done a boudoir shoot with Jojo. If that doesn’t tell you how much you should book a shoot it should.
Not only have I seen her growth in photography over knowing her the course of years, but being able to feel/gain my confidence come back during her photo shoot is my favorite feeling.
I was recently diagnosed with 2 rare incurable diseases. 1 rare disease last year. And now another rare disease last week. That have honestly completely taken away my feeling of being a women. Some days I have good days. Some days I have the worse of days with my diseases. But being infront of that camera. Her studio atmosphere. I've done a total of 3 sessions with Jo. 2 just recently a waterfall shoot which was amazing to be surrounded by nature and posing near a beautiful waterfall. And a Halloween shoot which was a blast! Every picture she took of me turned out amazing and I can't help but stare at my own self in awe! Jo makes you feel as if you've been friends forever and she works wonders with that camera!! I'd for sure recommend anyone and everyone to book a shoot with Jo and feel the confidence as you take the pictures and when you get to see yourself like Jo sees you through that magic lens of hers!! I'd give more stars if I could. I'm definitely going back to her to do more shoots I'm for sure addicted to the confidence I've gained thanks to Jo!!
I’ve had the opportunity to shoot with Jo not only once but TWICE. She is truly a talented photographer who can make anything look amazing. Don’t worry about not know what to do or how to pose because she’s got that part taken care of! If you want to feel beautiful, worthy & confident then you definitely should book a shoot with her! She will ease all of your fears and concerns quickly!

I got to do a model call mini boudoir session with Jo today and I have a feeling I am going to buy ALL my photos when I see them. She knows what she is doing for your certain body type, all while making you feel confident and sexy. Like she has said, they are addicting like tattoos. I did a shoot with another photography almost 7 years ago and I don't remember feeling confident and empowered walking out like I did today. Let her help you find your "best lighting." You won't regret it!

Let me tell you how this first session went... AMAZING! Seriously. I felt so incredibly comfortable- I haven’t spent too much time in front of the lens but she made it feel like it was home. Some time last summer, for whatever reason, not even sure how...Jo came into my life. I think there may have been an ad, anyhow, a boudoir shoot was something that always intrigued me. I was so nervous, my anxiety was through the roof. When I pulled up I saw that the studio was shared with a good friend of mine. Now idk about you, but I believe in signs. As we got to talking, I told her about my past and how I had wanted to do this for so long even when I was married, but he would have nothing of that. And by the time the relationship was over I had zero self self-worth, no confidence, and quite literally couldn't look myself in the mirror. As a survivor of domestic violence, it takes time to get those things back and I truly believe that Jo, even though her goal is to empower, is also an advocate like myself. Jo is an amazing woman, she makes you feel so comfortable, oh and she's funny too. I'm positive that our paths crossed for a reason. So, here I am 6 months later with much more confidence than the first time, and a pretty cool lady to call my friend. 💜

I just wanted to take a minute to recommend JoJo photography! I had been wanting to do a shoot like this for a long time and I am so glad I did. I was super nervous and Jo did a great job making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I came in having no ideas and Jo worked with me to make the shoot highlight me as a person. She did an amazing job with my makeup as well. She led me to poses that highlighted me perfectly and the whole time was incredibly supportive. I would shoot with Jo 100 more times. Oh my goodness! I did a model call boudoir session on Saturday with Jo. She is freakin amazing! No joke- I had spent the majority of that morning questioning myself if I even wanted to do this. I mean I have lumps and bumps. I have a belly from being a bigger gal my entire life. Add on two pregnancies back to back and I was trying to talk myself out of my shoot. I’m so glad I did it! Jo made me feel so beautiful and confident. I can’t wait to see my photos. I would recommend Jo to anyone and everyone! She is definitely a woman that can help you to see the beauty in yourself, even when you struggle to. 💋
