When was the last time you felt confident, sexy and enough? Sadly, most women are feeling the exact opposite on a day to day basis. Whether you are running a household, a business or maybe a combination of both, life can just get in the way of being you. It’s so important that you not only take time to love yourself, give yourself the care you deserve, but make sure you are healing any past or current wounds from the negative of this world.
When a potential client contacts me about a session we always talk about their story. This is important to me because your boudoir experience at Studio Empowered is not just about capturing great images, but focusing on a life changing experience. When you leave the studio, I want you to stand a little taller, feel a little more indestructible and look at yourself the way those who love you see you.
We all have a story that has shaped us to become who we are today. We all have been told things that hurt us or maybe even destroyed us. The most important part about doing a boudoir session is the ability to heal past wounds, see yourself through new eyes and leave the studio feeling empowered. A boudoir session is about facing all the lies we have been told or even told ourselves and rewriting a new story. Who you are today is perfectly you and doesn’t need to meet anyone’s standard of beauty or happiness except your own!
During your session, my goal is to give you not only an incredible experience, but the ability to start a new path. I want you to leave feeling like you can start to piece together aspects of your life that have been left broken, missing or wounded. I want you to look in the mirror, maybe not be 100% comfortable or confident, but closer than when you walked through that door. After your boudoir shoot, you will always have an amazing experience and memory to return to, reflect on, and remind yourself of your power and worth–past, present, and future.
