1) Remember why you’re doing a boudoir session! Your session is about celebrating your body and taking control of your confidence. It’s about being unapologetic in your beauty. It’s about owning it!

2) Think about what makes you feel good about yourself, whether that’s your favorite outfit or a certain song or smell. Bring that item with you so that when you start getting nervous, it can remind you of what really matters: YOU!

3) Stay hydrated! This is especially important if you’ve got an event coming up where you’ll be drinking alcohol—and even more important if you haven’t had much practice posing for photos before now. (Let’s be real—you’re going to feel weird anyway.) Keeping hydrated will help keep those nerves at bay while also helping your skin stay healthy-looking
